Every project undertaken by NCI has the active participation of a senior engineer as project manager. The project manager is responsible for the development of the project through all stages of activity. These phases include:

The liaison between the client and the design team is the project manager. This ensures that all issues relevant to the project are dealt with and the completed project is appropriate for the client in every way.

We establish realistic budgets and schedules early in the development of our designs. Our clients are informed of the budget and schedule and are presented with design development as well as budgetary and schedule updates on a regular basis throughout the process of the project.

Our design teams combine in-depth experience with current design thinking and technical innovation in developing project solutions. Prudent attention and control of construction activities delivers to our clients the physical realization of the developed design.
